I have been struggling with the policy bazaar team from last 4 weeks, i dont why no one is responding.

Even after sending mail and calling them for more than 20 times, no one is able to resolve the problem.
My ticket number is pb76069183.

Request is
I have purchased an old car. The rc is now in my name. But the insurance paper belongs to the previous owner, which i want to transfer in my name. This simple thing is not being resolved. Why?

Updated by ashish270986 When I visit website to get the new health insurance, I get immediate call.

But If I am looking for some changes in the policy, no one responds.

The website is meant only to earn money, and not to help customers.

Pathetic situation. Would spread this in my friends.
