[Resolved] Policybazaar — pathetic service | |||||
I have bought 2 term plans of pnb met life from policy bazaar but due to bad service of the company i cancelled the plans and i requested them to refund my amount 1627 and 1628 respectively. But after a month i haven't got my refund till yet. When i call their customers service they have careless behaviour. I don't know why i bought it from them.
