Policybazaar — taking too much time in refunding claim

I am anil kumar. I am owner of my car up32 fs 6384. I had taken a insurance by policybazaar and had file a insurance claim. And policybazaar is taking too much time in refunding a money approximately 3 month. And they always say that have some patience we will refund your money as soon as possible. And from last 3 month i am giving a time to them. Only they say that we are sending a mail to united insurance company.
