Hi, myself sourav tried to renew my 2 wheeler insurance today & at time of payment it displayed a failure message. But the amount is deducted from my bank account and they told us that successful transaction is showing to their system.
Therefore i would request you to do the needful about this matter. I'm sending the failure message as attachment.
