[Resolved] Policybazaar — unwanted calls and asking for personal details | |
I once trued to compare the term plans on policybazar website and in that process providing the mobile number was mandatory. After that i have been receiving so many calls and they ask for all the details of the pilicy even if i have taken from some other portal then also. Also, they are claiming that as i got auto registered on their website so now if a claim will come then irda or the insurance comapny will be going through all the details and also the call recordings... I aimply asked how are they responsoble for anything if i have not pur hased the policy from policybazar to which the customer care replied go throught he terms and conditions of the policy you will get to know and dropped the call without giving any explanation. In this way they are trying to manipulate their customers by giving false information. I even have the recording of the call. Was this information helpful? | |
