I have purchased health insurance plan no. Policy no. : cancellation of policy prohlr[protected] from policyx
And cancalled by them they assured me that i will get refund within 15 working days which i have not got yet
I have sent complaint to them no one responds nor i got my money back from cigna it 20 day now no one picks the call it policyx responsibility to help but thy do not pick
Should i complaint to irda about this

Hi,

I ishaan dhamija I started work with policyx from sept-2015 I left jan-2017
Rejoined june 2018

But . They Taken Revenge
They Planed Termination of My
then They accept My Resign after that also They Not Providing FNF
and They not able to revert me even of My Mails not picking calls also
