[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Amount cheated for a IPhone 12 bought at Singaperumal Koil branch

Dear sir

I have purchased a iphone 12 and also a protect mobile insurance in singaperumal koil poorvika branch on march 05th 2022 through bajaj finserv in zero downpayment and zero interest. But they have charged 5000 from me as a downpayment from me. I am unaware of this system. I bought this mobile to gift my husband. Once i gifted this to my hubby, he checked the bill and then we came to know that we were wrongly charged. So we came to the branch and asked about this. Initially they havent accepted their mistake. Then after showing all the proofs, they tried to convince us that, the headset and charger were adjusted in that amount. But during the mobile selling the salesman said, please put a mobile protect plan and ill make the protect plan in bajaj emi and pay just 1000 we will give headset and charger as complementary. After checking all the bills we came to know that we were charged 5000 extra. After that branch manager said we wont provide anything as complementary, the sales man given wrong commitment to you. Even after[protected] was shortage. But as a customer no mistake was in our part. Then we decided to given online complaint, after that the manager said us, we can give the cash back so that please get some gifts for adjusting this amount, so we accepted and havent given online complaint. But till today we have nit received anything from poorvika. For the past 10years my family is a poorvika customer. Kindly consider the truth and investigate this matter and provide us a proper solution)
