Last year 31st oct'18 i purchased one vivo mobile at poorvika mobiles, i am eligible to get the 5% cash back. I have done transaction of 11990 rs on 31st oct'18 at poorvika through hdfc credit card but till date i didn't received the cash back. Kindly credit my cash back amount asap. I'm not satisfied with this phone performance I wanna return this one and want to get a better mobile than this..its only 3days after buying I want them to take back it and return my money..I'm not satisfied with the money I spend..
