I had purchased a mobile worth 29, 990 at Poorvika Mobiles, Tumkur and found it was defective in 10 days. I visited brand service center and took the DOA Letter for the same but Poorvika Mobiles didn't have the stock of Same mobile. They forcibly recommended me by going for advanced model of Mobile with Rs. 9000 extra. I agreed because salesperson told me there will be 1 year of damage protection and additional gifts will be provided. I agreed and frustrated waiting for long. Offer was on same particular day only but they didn't bill the handset on same day. Next day when repeatedly called to salesperson, he shared me the snap of damage protection of just 180 days. When shouted at him, he told he will discuss with his manager and come back but never turned up. Although bill was also not shared me until I escalated. Mobile was purchased on 11th of Aug but bill received on 14th after I escalated on their matrix. Escalation team wasn't helpful to even after sharing all the proofs and repeatedly proved to be unprofessional. They don't have any answers to my questions and just kept on repeating that it was said only 180 days of damage protection. They deducted points from the Poorvika points account without any information. Even looping the MD's mail ID she help me out. Unable to attach the mail's as the format is not supported. Kindly help me get the 9000Rs of additionally paid amount back as they harrassed me with their cheap staff as a compensation and Please help me out of this horrible experience. Verified Support Aug 20, 2021 Poorvika Mobiles Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We given enough clarity regarding the complaint to your mail id, request you to check the same. 1. Only after you agreed to pay the difference, Reno pro was replaced 2. There is no policy with any dealer that if the stock unavailable the next model to be replaced with the same cost 3. Additional 1000/- discount given to customer 4. It was clearly informed about the damage protection scheme at the time of sale itself 5. Invoice bill – “customer was in hurry and said I’ll will collect the bill later” but it was billed on the same day and waited for customer arrival 6. Branch staffs are committed for usual compliment which is not eligible for the price discounted mobile, even though I’ll advise them to arrange it soon to honor their commitment. | |||
