[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — complaint reg my new lg w30 pro purchased online | |
I bought a new lg w30 pro mobile online from poorvika on 6th july. It was delivered on 8th to me. I'm highly unsatisfied with the new phone. The sound quality is extremely poor. Whoever i talk to complains that they are not able to hear. I did not expect this from your side. It does not look like a fresh product to me. I had already raised a complaint by calling customer care. She asked me to go to the service centre in vadapalani. But i bought it for my father who is elderly. He does not have a vehicle to commute during this covid situation. He cannot go to vadapalani now. We have a showroom very close by. But the customer care says, showroom people will not see to it. So what can i do. I request you to arrange for a pickup. I have spent 13549 for the mobile. But it is of now use to my parents now. Pls do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |
