[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — complaint regarding bad service at poorvika mobiles, electronic city phase 2 | |||
Bought a vivo y19 phone from poorvika at ananth nagar layout, electronic city phase 2. They convinced to buy an airtel sim saying that 2000 rupees cash back into the airtel wallet, without explaining the entire concept of that.in the mean time, when the sim got activated, we got to know that the sim is used by some other person and we receive many calls at night which are not known to us. When i complained this to the poorvika store, they carelessly answer we ll check and let u know. Its almost 3 days, thy never get back. Am fed up with them. Was this information helpful? | |||
