I have bought iphone 6s in tirunelveli poorvika branch. They were promised a gift for that, and ll be give within a week. But their after there where no response, i have called 4times for either give or not. Every time different fellow taking a call and speaking like 1st time. We are not begging. Jan 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After contacted to the showroom, I was hopeless while making a complaint.
But I was surprised their after bcoz, from head office they were reacted rapidly and solved within 2days.
Ms.Deepa from head office who has coordinated till the issues get it solved for the customer.
Earlier I have had thought, after bought an iPhone, their after I wont purchase anything from Poorvika. But now it’s bit changed. Thank u, have a nice day.
