I am a customer of your tenkasi showroom for the past 2+ years. I have bought atleast 4 smart phones for my family and a friend.
Today i visited your retail showroom at tenkasi and bought a mi a3 mobile phone as per invoice no. Pos/tnks/2 dated 30.09.2019.
When the phone was about to be delivered, i asked for temper glass and pouch for the phone. Your counter staff charged me rs.500 each for the original temper glass and pouch but issued no bill.
Your staff did not tell me the availability of a pouch within the phone package. On returning home, i immediately called your showroom and advised my intention to return the pouch sold to me. But to my dismay, your staff stated that no return of sold good was possible and that no bill will be issued for pouches sold. When i pointed out that your staff did not reveal the availability of a pouch with the phone; i was bluntly told that they indeed told me about the availability and the sale was made after i asked for an additional pouch.
The fact is that no one told me about the availability of a pouch within the package. I am a senior citizen. Your people at tenkasi are good at selling but poor when treating customers. I am made to feel like a liar to keep your firm's policy of not accepting back a sold, unbilled item.
I hope you will look into the matter and ensure that my grievance is redressed. I will not lose anything if you do not act on this complaint. But you will lose a customer. Was this information helpful? |
