[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — Fake commitment given by medavakkam poorvika branch I really disappointed on that sales

On 9th of September my sister bought a new Oppo mobile in medavakkam poorvika store the sales executive person name is Mr.M.Gunasekaran.On that time I didn't went at the store I'm in out of station.. The sales person was explained two types of models and my mother called me to confirm the mobile model and I asked him about mobile features on audio calling that time I clearly mentioned to Mr.Gunasekaran(sales executive) I need 5g mobile only he said yes this is 5g mobile only, but they given 4g mobile to my sister on that time she doesn't open the box..After 2weeks I came to Chennai I was opened the box and i really shocked about that product that mobile phone features are different then I went to poorvika I asked him but what he is saying just apply the mobile in exchange, exchange worth is rs.9000/-..When I bought that mobile the mobile price is rs.18000/- even I didn't used that mobile also but they are saying to exchange your mobile like that why should I exchange my new mobile I just opened that mobile in 2days back only they given fake commitment when I was asking to them they are arguing with me again and again forcing to give exchange I told them I'm ready to pay the excess of money to buy a new 5g mobile but they simply given me the option is exchange only very very bad experience on this...This is not a my first mobile experience i bought a 7 mobiles in same store this is second time repeated I'm fully disappointed hereafter i never purchase anything in poorvika and I'll inform this to my friends and relatives also such a worst experience in medavakkam branch.kindly give me the solution for this as soon as possible
