[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Htc desire 828 dual sum/ power button not working properly & mobile starts flickering | |||||
I have been using the HTC DESIRE 828 DUAL MOBILE since 6 months. According to the performance and camera am satisfied on this product and it works well. Firstly, I have faced a problem with power button. Sometimes it doesn't work, meanwhile I wouldn't receive any calls and caller received my mobile was in switch off mode. I can't able to access the mobile due to failure of power button. Later it starts working normally. But this problem persists. Secondly, since yesterday am facing flickering problem. Bought flame 7 (LYF): reliance jio mobile on 05/09/2016 from kumaran road, tirupur branch. jio sim was supposed to be provided with the handset but still have not received sim. I had to contact the store repeatedly and received poor response.
