[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Poor Service

I purchased a HTC mobile phone on Poorvika Annanagar Shanthi Colony Branch worth 40, 000 in 10 days i had issues in display and given them for service. Its been 45 days till now there is absolutely no response from their side about the exact status of service or about the phone location. I had a doubt whether the phone was missing and approached HTC directly (Phone Zone - T.Nagar) and with their help I came to know that my phone was in Bangalore and they said they will charge me Rs. 9, 500 while Poorvika demanded Rs.16, 000. We requested the Customer support executive to cancel the service and bring back the phone to chennai office. They were so helpful and also intimated us that on receipt of the phone. Its been two days the phone is lying in Phone Zone the Poorvika has still not taken any initiative to get the phone. Till today they are saying, it will take further 15 days to deliver the instrument. We have made 100's of calls enquiring about the phone till today and they are so irresponsible in responding. Person from Poorvika named Mr. Srinivasan (Ph.No.[protected]) abused me during the inquiry and used vulgar language for contacting him and disconnected the call before we could ask him further. We have purchased 3 HTC phones, 1 Sony, and 1 micro max tab. We faced similar issues in all the pieces. There is something seriously wrong with Poorvika. Dear all, please be careful while going to poorvika.

Atlast, we happen to meet the Centre manager of the showroom and after discussion got back my phone though the display was not rectified im happy to receive my phone.
HELLO IM PETRINA I HAVE BOUGHT A MOBLE MICROMAX A290 ...14800 FROM POORVIKA SHOWROOM..KODAMBAKKAM CHENNAI ON 29TH AUG 2014...FRM D SALE PERSON VIVEK RAJA...NOT EVEN 10DAYS MOBILE S NOT CHARGING...BATTERY S NOT GOOD ..WENT TO THE SHOWROM THEY SAID THEY GET ME A NEW PIECE ..BUT THE SAME WAS GIVEN ...NOW TWO WEEKS BACK...SAME PROBLEM... NOT EVEN A MONTH I HAVE USED IT...CALLING D PEOPLE (CS) ...FOR D ISSUES NO PROPER RESPONSES S TAKEN...I HAVE GIVEN G TCH(MR BABU[protected]) IN PONDICHERRY HERE PEOPLE SAY TAKE 45DAYS TO GIVE THE MOBILE IS TOO BAD...POORVIKA MOBILES ARE VERY BAD IN SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY OFF MOBILS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS...NEED ACTION TO BE TAKEN
i gave my new HTC 826 desire for screen replacement as it was damaged. Also i was protected under Poorvika theft and damage protection so i was asked to give the mobile to the poorvika representative. The phone was shipped later to Poorvika Head Quarters, Chennai. From there, it went to HTC service centre, Bangalore. For this, i was asked to pay rs.1500 and so i did the payment on[protected]. I was informed that i ll get the phone within 10 -15 days. But again on[protected], I was updated that i have to wait another 10 days till[protected]. As told, i called them on[protected] and i was informed that they are doing some kind of testing and also their Customer support head was in leave. So, they will update once they are done with the testing. Everytime, i call poorvika, they give me lame excuse and losing hope day by day that they will further delay. Poorvika is not providing me a proper reason and also correct date when they will give phone back.
The last update from Poorvika was that i ll get the HTC 826 phone on[protected] from HTC service center, bangalore. This has been confirmed by HTC in their jobsheet. I have to wait another 10 days and im not sure they are telling the truth.
