[Resolved]  Poorvika Mobiles — poor service, misbehaving manager

Service 1
I am using honor9i device. About 2 months ago my device fell down and gave my mobile to poorvika-karaikudi for replacement of my device's touch and display but it well worked while i gave my device but due to cracks it's not really good to. Technician ajith called after 3 days and said that if i service your movie there may raise some problem so am sending your mobile to chennai and i said ok for that. Then my mobile couriered to chennai for service. After 14 days my mobile came after the service. Then i received my mobile but some issue raised while i received my device. It was a touch issue (Touch was not worked properly). At the same day i received my device i called technician and i said about the issue by night he told me to come tomorrow. I went to poorvika by next day morning but at last i had come to know that technician resigned his job.

Service 2
After the resignation of karaikudi technician i have no other choice to do the service in karaikudi. They diverted me to check some other poorvika service centre near by me. I contacted pudukottai but there also no technician in both two service centre in pudukottai. Again pudukottai service centre diverted me to check for trichy. Then i called trichy service centre they said ok sir come here we will solve the issue. I went to trichy for the service issue. The first service centre in trichy again diverted me to another service centre to thillai nagar. I went for the solution and i met the technician - mohan. He too again said that i can't service your mobile and he sent my mobile to chennai again. After the service again after some days. But the issue not yet solved. I told that 'issue not solved sir' to the technician but he said no sir it's solved. I came back to karaikudi and i called the head office and told all the story happened. They again told me to give my mobile to poorvika. But absence of the technician in karaikudi again i had to go to trichy to handle my mobile for another time for service. Due to my lag of attendance, my college didn't allow me to take leave. Then again called the head office to say this, the did me a favour that they told me to give your mobile to karaikudi and they will courier your mobile to trichy and they will send your mobile to chennai. Atlast again i gave my mobile to karaikudi and they conveyed to trichy there they again conveyed to chennai.

Service 3
After the completion of 3rd service again i received my mobile from karaikudi poorvika show room. But the issue never solved and i complained to the manager and the trichy technician. Karaikudi poorvika manager-'mohamed ismail' didn't respond me well. At last he said "i think ur device have no problem and you are doing this to waste our time"to me. I left the show room by his words after that i called mohan, thillai nagar and asked for the chennai technician 'ganesh' phone number to communicate about the problem detailed andd directly. I got his phone number and again he told me to give your phone to karaikudi show room. Again it couriered to chennai. I sent my mobile with video of the issue that i took from another phone. I told that there is a video sir see that and analyze the problem and resolve it. He said ok sir i will take care of it.

Service 4
He called me to ask where the proof video is and i told him the location of the video. He saw that and said ok sir now i know the issue and i will solve it. After some day he called me sir i am gonna change your touch and display for the 3rd time. I replied 'sir there is no use of changing the display u had changed that already but am facing the same issue so please search for any other fault and rectify that'. Again he called me next day and told that i never seen any other faults it may be some software issue i[censored] allow me to install new software i will install it but your data will be erased. I replied with no sir i need my datas at least back up datas and then install the software, he said ok. Then by next day he called me and said that "sir ur mobile is not backing up any datas to the system"what can i do now or i will send your mobile to by replacing another touch and when you get the phone reboot ur devices by yourself he said. Its ok sir give me my mobile and i do it by my own. But now i received my mobile but there is no data in my phone all got erased while i received my device and the touch issue not yet solved. I called chennai technician for the issue and told about this all my data was erased by you and why did you do that, he replied sir i didn't do anything i gave it with all the datas and i didn't erased it.

Now current day i lose all my datas and my 4400. Rs for the display and touch, also the issue not yet solved.

Is this your service skill? If you don't know how to rectify and service a mobile, why are you doing the mobile services? Now i am still facing the issue for touch. Are the technicians selected giving the proper training? I lost my patience to give my mobile to u for the another time.

Can you refund my money and time that i had lost?

I went to the karaikudi showroom to exchange this mobile. They fixed a rate of 3500 to 4000. Rs for the exchange. This is sooo funny i gave 4400. Rs for the display and touch but not yet the issue solved. For the exchange of new mobile the rate of exchange is[protected]. Rs.

The worst service i have ever seen in my life.
