[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — product and sales person | |
Highly disappointed with the customer treatment in poorvika mobile stores in nagercoil tower junction. They sold me a product worth 10000 rs max. For 12000. Highly dissatisfied with their approach. I wanted to purchase a phone with 64 gb storage. But i was shown a samsung a20s model phone with 32 gb storage, with the explanation that that particular variant has 64 gb ram and 3gb ram. Before i could realise it is only 32 gb storage, the phone box with the details was taken to the billing section. They actually wanted to tally the bill to 12000, since the product would show only 9800 in the bill. And they were trying to bring some products like ear phone, power bank and so on to sell it off. Since i didn't take them, they forced me literally to buy the adld, accident insurance. And they gave me a 16 gb memory card which i didn't want. Finally they tallyed the bill to 12000. So much of cheating. I felt i didn't get what i wanted from the store. I don't recommend anyone to purchase mobile phones over there. Highly disappointed. Each time my phone hangs due to lack of storage, i will be cursing poorvika for it Was this information helpful? | |
