[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — Redmi note 4 ordered.. Some other item delivered

I ordered online redmi note 4 black 4gb ram. 64 gb rom in poorvika site. Order no 65129. Order delivered by 8.30pm today but item ordered was redmi note 4 but i received some other item. I am not happy. Issue needs to be resolved asap or will go to consumer court. Attached the pics of item delivered. Called the poorvika person selvam, response is too bad. Talking with customers without giving proper response.

Updated by Aditya Bulusu Online i order Redmi note 4 mobile black color 4gb ram.64gb rom mobile on 21st apr 2017 and mobile starts shipping from 24th apr 2017. If i call and ask the delivery date, poorvika customer care answered will give u gold color mobile and black not availble. But online it shows available and they are taking orders, but answering that model not availble, when enquired over call. My order no. 65358 in poorvika.
