I have purchased a samsung a 7 from phoenix poorvika on 25.12.2018 where i was told i will be getting rs. 500 cash back for sbi card and 5 % cash back for emi converstion. I have recevied only 500 cash back and 5 % cash back still not recevied. I have called several time to your shop but no response i have got yet. Kindly look into it and do the needfull thanking you
