[Resolved] Poorvika Mobiles — subject I am complaining about service and satisfaction | |||
I gave my samsung tab e in porur branch, chennai. It bought from canada. So i have asked them to i can't put my tamilnadu sim in it. So please make use of it like that. They asked me 1500 rps. I gave them. But only the network is available in my tab and i cant make a call or message from that tab. They replied that is the model problem even they knew it before itself but he refused to share that with me. We can't do anything thing. Thats all. (Like this) then u asked him then what about my money and my satisfaction with your service. They told we can't do anything. Even they didn't asked me a sorry. Really i'm unsatisfied with poorvika. I would like to get a reply and about my money. Please make it soon as possible. Moreover they were very careless. Plz do it soon.. Was this information helpful? | |||
