I purchased new phone on September 2nd, went to purchase redmi note 7pro, sales guy said it's not good and suggested to take vivo y17 with that he said he will give complimentary headphones if I pay 500 extra I was forced to take headphones, they said phone costs 16000/- but bill given was for 13000/- and 3500/- was billed for headphones, I asked them to give full amount bill for mobile which they denied, phone is also not at all good they said very good phone but it's not at all good for this price range I said I want to return it but they are not accepting it Was this information helpful? | |||
