I booked maruti swift on 02.10.2017 and has been waiting for the delivery of my vehicle for last six months.in between they said the face lift has happened and i will be getting the new vehicle, in 2018 feb 1st week they said they will be able to deliver the car by 3rd week of feb but every time they broke their promises. I the first week of march 2018 they said all arrangements are ready and if i can make full payment they can deliver the car in 3 days and i ave done full payment of 6.68 lacks online into their account and they have confirmed the receipt of the payment. After receiving the payment they once again started telling excuses and now they are telling it will again take one month for the vehicle to get delivered. If they were expecting delay in delivery why they have collected 6.68 lacks rupee from me. If the amount was in my account i would have got at least interest for that amount for two month. This is totally unacceptable. After paying such a huge amount in advance if i have to wait for a month for the car to get delivered this is clear case of cheating. The sales executive used to call at least 5 times a day to get the amount transferred but after the amount got transferred he doesn't even pick or attend to our calls. As he was not taking my calls from my mobile i had to call from a land line number and he picked the call and gave lame excuses for not picking the call. He gave his managers number and i spoke to him just to know that he don't have anything more to tell me like his executive. This is very poor service from them. Even if they delay the vehicle its ok. But why they are collecting the full amount 2 months back. Want to escalate this to the top most authorities Was this information helpful? |
