Popular Maruti — after service call was horrible

It is unfortunate that i don't have - ve marking. Very very poor service co-ordination. Today i have received 8 phone calls for checking the quality of service to my vehicle tn 22dj 2222 maruti ertiga in spite of me informing that they may have to contact only my driver and not me to get the feedback as i don't drive the vehicle. Common people if you really intend to do good service, oops... Leave alone good service, if you really intend to do service to customer, please do fix this issue at once. I am extremely disappointed today
