Hi,
i have given my swift KL18K-8093 vdi for 40000km service to popular service Center vatakara, (Madappally ) my car is miss used by these service partner, i found scratches on my car after servicing, and not even cleaned properly, i feel shame on this company M/s Popular service center (Madappaly )vatakara, I won't recommend any body to service in this company anymore, If your continuing your service like this very soon you can shutdown it.

    I have booked an alto 800 in adimaly branch under mr. Deepu, your sales head last month. I have paid rs.40000/- (Rs.35000/- via cheque and rs.5000/- via account transfer). Further i had given two request letters to cancel the booking one last month and one this month. But your adimaly team has not taken this into consideration and now are threatening me that i will loose rs. 60000/- if i donot take the the car since tp is done. But i have given the first request letter before the loan was approved by hdfc. Your team has failed to stop this. I humbly request you to refund the amount since i am told today only by your adimaly staff ms. Athira that i had to pay rs.24000/- as extra amount. I am not in a position to pay this amount. I was assured that i only need to pay another 13000/- apart from rs. 40000/- since sbi loans could not be taken and hdfc loans could be taken. I thank the efforts taken by mr. Deepu but please popular do not do this to your customers. Because customers are your priority. I request only my advance back after your deduction of rs.250/-

      15 days ago one of my customer bring his dzire car to our workshop for claim work. His car dashed with bike rider from front and his rhs fender, front bumper and bonnet had been damaged. Insurance company will only cove rhs fender and bonnet not cover only 2500 rs. Front bumper because customer also agree to pay painting charges rs.4500 according his policy but insurance company told that multiple lost happened in this case. What a cheep!!! 1 i request you to all please dont buy royal sunderram insurance. Customer will mentally harreshed from last 15 days. But still bruttle behavior continue from royal sundaram side.

        Popular Maruti — Reverse parking sensor with camera - fixed by popular vadakara

        I had purchased a wagon-r vxi-metallic bakers chocolote (Chase no ma3ewde1s00c04359ch - engine no k10bn7909684 on[protected] from popular vehicles and services ltd, nh vatakara and fitted other accessories. Reverse parking sensor and camera also fitted this vehicle for rs at about 12.500 /-. On checking the visible of the said camera is not clear. On verification i understood that the pixels of the camera is very poor. I approched the showroom...

        Sir / madam,

        I have booked the maruti shift desire tour at popular vehicle at chennai anna nagar branch on 08.02.17, name, d. Raja. Almost 4 months completed.

        But not yet get the vehicle, i have many times gone to show room to enquired of my vehicle status. They told irresponsible answer like all are maruti mistakes & not our mistake

        I came to know that maruti service is good but no response from your showroom manager mr. Rajkumar (Popular vehicle anna nagar branch chennai)

        Pls look into the below mail for amount paid details and no reply details from popular vehicle.

        Note: last 4 months i am very disturbed because of the above reason.
        Also for the past 4 months no feed back (Massage or mail) from your showroom.

        Need your positive reply urgently.

          I have made a service in popular service at Rettery. Whereas in phone call and Bill rates are different. Totally unsatisfied with the last service. Loosing my money not knowing anything regarding on this.

            I have a complaint reagarding with your service.
            When I approached your thrissur service centre for my car's 3rd free service on[protected], I did Teflon coating on my car by the compelling of your staffs. After the service, I got my car on[protected] evening . But there is full of scratches on my car where you did Teflon coating. When I came again to your service centre raising my complaint on[protected], after analysing all, your staffs said that they can't solve this- please come back on[protected]. They also committed the faults. I have already lost my leave on[protected]. I had monetary loss and time loss because of your service.
            What a poor service you are giving to your customers ?
            Why are you doing and compelling all these things if there is any limitations in your branch ?
            What is the solution for this problem ?
            If I don't get any positive response from your side, I will take legal actions against you. Hoping a positive response and good solution from your side regarding with this complaint.

              I Mrs Sminy thomas T, had purchased Alto 800 on sep 16. He was very arrogant and irresponsible through out the dealing. for eg. he says he will give me receipt today evening, but i will be getting only 2, 3 days delayed, that also after sending sms, he never attends my call. They didnt add my initial on insurance n in temporary reg. they made me n my family weight for 2 1/2 hrs for delivering the car. He said rs 8500/- for kenwood stereo with fitting charge n aerial. but during car delivery there was no Ariel, he said you have to pay extra rs 750/-. i am CHEATED. still i didn't complaint. now when my permanent RC book came initial is missing. again i called him, he took original RC n Adhar card n told he will give it back by evening. but didint. then i called f
              him no response . then i sms him n his manager. .today morning he brought it. and scolded my husband Dr. Tom Jose. this should not happen to any body . that's why i am complaining. its is an insult from a prestigious company with a good track record. there r lot of bad thing happend in between which i don't want to write here. plse kindly do the needful. our family has been using maruti since 1984. thank you.

                My swift vdi car was a complaint and I gave the car in popular kottarakkara for checking the complaint.after check up they told there is battery pblm only and there is no other pblm with the vehicle.next day I charged the battery for 24 hrs .on the next day during the driving it is noticed that there is some sound from the vehicle.on 31st December I complained about this matter in the no.[protected].but till date nobody contacted me.

                  I am shyam from eramalloor{alappy], inform u that after my paid car service[[protected]] in popular service centre. [address-north service centre, near lisie hospital, kochi.] my car center lock is not working. I inform to service centre and there is no action taken for rectifying the issue. I call the service centre on[protected]
                  And the response is that the service engineer will come and rectify the complaint on[protected]. But the engineer is not come and again i call the service centre on[protected], morning but the response is that"i call the engineer and inform u sir". But till this time there is no response from the concerned authority. I face lot of problems while driving the car because of center lock issue.... I expect a positive response from you..

                  Very worst service experience in popular authorised service center at malapuram kottakkal. I got a alto800 car on 4 months ago, i gave my car for second service in popular service center in kottakkal on 14. 5.2018. They had damaged my car very irresponsibly manners. I shame about popular service. I don't get my car until now. I think solve my problem immediately.

                    I booked a maruthi omni cargo on 3 june 2016 by paying rs. 3000/- with popular vehicles cherthala, branch of popular vehicles, eranakulam (dealer code 2701 and customer docket no. ekm 8953. they promised me that they will deliver the vehicle within 10 days. they told me that the vehicle has arrived in kochi and they have demanded rs. 37, 000 more on 9 june 2016 and i gave a cheque for rs. 37, 000 (no. 787476 of punjab national bank, chennam pallippuram branch) dated 10 june 2016. i happened to know that maruti has stopped the production and on inquiry with the dealer i didn't get a clear reply so i stopped the payment on 14 june 2016. but even after that they presented my cheque on 16 june 2016 with a clear intention of cheating and because of my instruction to the bank they couldn't realize the cheque. i approached all the concerned officials of the popular vehicles but they didn't bothered to tell me the truth. also so far they neither delivered the vehicle nor returned my booking amount. so it is a clear case of cheating and i luckily escaped from the payment of rs. 37, 000 more they demanded with a clear intention of cheating. also they are well aware that they cannot produce a omni cargo and they booked with a false promise. actually my buisiness is suffering of the non availability of the vehicle. so i may request you to kindly instruct your dealer to repay my booking fee of rs. 3000 with a sufficient compensation against the intention of the cheating and my loss in the business. if i am not getting my grievance solved, i will go to consumer court and also i will publish this case in all medias including social medias. i remain with a hope that as a reputed organisation you have the responsibility to solve my grievance with utmost priority.

                      My name is glory shanthakumar mobile no [protected] i brought new maruti swift car TN02 BC 0979 june 2015 at popular maruti annanagar chennai sales person name Dinesh on the day i said need car with MRF tyre but the person gave me car with appolo tyre, the sales person said the tyre is guarantee, after two month the Tyre is blast on the running condition and then i inform to the sales person no response again i check the showroom they said the sales person Dinesh left the job, then i contact customer service manager mr Anand and i explain all the details and handover the tyre to him he sent the complaint to the appolo tyre . They simply said 'its not a manufacturing defect' Even 300 kilometer a tyre not worth then why the company was suggest the tyre, the company knows in our city there is no good road, you only advertise in any road the tyre will good but now the company said like this, finally we only suffer for this .. So please accept my complaint and do the favour as soon as possible.. otherwise i file a complaint against the popular maruti and appolo tyres.

                        Sir, I purchased a Maruti Wagon R (Lxi) from Popular Vehicles at Alappuzha outlet, which is under Ernakulam region.From the very beginning itself I have faced irresponsible attitudes from the part of salesmen and authorities of this outlet. At the time when I reached there taking delivery, the car was not at all washed and on my enquiry, they took it for washing and after two hours the car was delivered with scratches at the left door...

                        1. Why is it required to do wheel alignment and had to replace ACfilter within 2months of purchase and it is charged INR 1744 for this, despite having warranty and free service eligibility. I would want to know what is the quality of the product maruti releases in the market which needs spend of so much and such basic things to be done for brand new car. It is the least we would expect from the brand image maruti has in the market.

                        2. I understand from the mileage indicator that car is presently giving a mileage of 12.5 to 13 kmpl which was giving me 20kmpl before i gave my car for service.. This is way too low the mileage advertised for Maruti Celerio ZXI model.

                        3. Engine Pickup is way too low of the expection and the engine racing touches 4 even when the speed is below 35 to 40kms.. i see no sync between the engine racing and the pick up is at its worst..
                        I am complaining about killipalam service center.when i get back my car after first service body is full of scratch and outside is also not clean well.First service is that so then what would be the other services.

                          Date of incident :11th oct 2015 client id :i[protected] invoice no. :br15009912 after repeated reminders from the popular vehicles and services pvt ltd., finally i gave my car(kl 07 ap 6262 - zen) for service on 11th oct.(sunday). Afternoon i bought the car home and to my dismay i found the glass of my right side headlight broken. Immediately i called up the service center. They claimed that it was not their mistake and me to bring the car immediately for repair. Again the same day i went to the service center. The service personal kept on arguing that such an incident was not happened from there. For the past 13 years i am using this car and not even once an accident has occurred. When i told of complaining that person told that it can't be repaired as there was no spare part available at the moment. I felt that it was said purposely. I want a refund for the glass of my headlight.

                          From the point of delivery till service nothing they will support and behave like thugs. Don't treat customers properly and will use your car prior to your delivery and say yeah it's done so what can be done now.
                          Stay away from these guys or you'll have the worst experience of your life.

                            From, Naisam.B Kakkattu kunnum puram pallickal Mob:[protected] To, Popular vehicles And service pvt LTD H&c compound, Mundakkal West, kollam Ph.[protected] Dear Reference: KL-16-G 8471 On 30.07.15 I asked you to service the above vehicle Maruti alto LXI When I collected the vehicle from you on 03.08.15, I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed faults like ac fault, painting, tyre rotation, viper etc and had put these right.But No action on the complaints mentioned in the job card . I am really disappointed with the service; first the amount of inconvenience caused was immense because of the delay. Second the car was not delivered in the proper condition request you to look into the matter and refund the amount.The bill for this work was Rs.8610.another major one is staff behaviour like harasment, torchering etc . I look forward to receiving your cheque for Rs.8610, within the next 14 days.Should you fail to reimburse me, I shall have no alternative but to issue a claim against you in the county court for recovery of the money without further reference to you. However, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Pre-Action Protocol, I would be willing to refer my case to the Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service and Repair, as I understand that they have a free conciliation and low cost independent arbitration scheme. This would be a way of successfully resolving my dispute without resorting to legal action. Thanking you Pallickal Naisam 04.08.15

                              To Whom so it may concern I had purchased my Ritz from Popular motors, Kothamangalam on 5/3/15. From the very begining i am facing this problem during rainy season and night driving There are streaks on mine ritz windshield and when it's raining and we turn on the wipers they fog up. I don't know how to describe it but the streaks literally expand into this foggy crap. I tried wiping the streaks off even replaced the wiper Blades so many times but they won't go away. I also checked and it's not on the inside either.., every time when i complain They said sir wiper problem. i guess there is some manufacturing fault in the windshield, , from last month i am trying to approach the service centre, but they told me that they dont finds any complaints, hardly geting in response.its like my car is totally money waste in rainy season as well as in night.I need your support in this problem . please rectify it ASAP.                                 Our Alto csr accidented 2 wks ago.when we were in police station, 2 men frm popular motors came and told it can be repaired for 3000rs.but nw they askd fr 10000rs.but finaly they bought 8000rs.more than double they bought.also the car is made dirty inside and not fully repaired.contact [protected] as soon as possible.popular motors killipalam, tvm, kerala made pblm fr us.take necesary stps as possible siraj-[protected]

                                  given the car to them on 10th june 2015 Wagon R Car number TN-05-AQ-8273 name : G.MALATHI Given the car for insurance claim for damages... they have done the insurance damages within 5 days... and delivered the car on 17th June 2015, but the reverse camera and the indicator buzzer was not working which was working before, and also door buttons were missing. So they took back the car and said will finish the deliver in next day. But still the car was not delivered, keeping with them more than 3 days only for reverse camera problem. Everyday they are saying will deliver tomorrow. This is the first time given the car to popular and I really stressed out. Even now they are not picking up my calls. I dont know may be they are using my car for their personal use.

                                    I am very much concerned about the quality & the completness of Car servicing by Popular. This is the second incident where i am required to change and replace my car battery since it got fully drained out due to insufficient battery water level. I had given my vehicle KL27A 9520 Dezire on 7th January 2015 to Popular Killipalam Trivandrum at 47k KM. It is normally expected that basic checks like battery water level tyre pressure etc will be taken care in a paid service but it is not. I seriously doubt whether they are in fact changing the ENGINE Oil or other Oils etc which are supposed to be changed at each due services or just doing a body wash and just raising invoices for all the oil changes & other works without doing it. This is the second time i am going to pay around 6500 for new battery within a time of 2years due to mere negligence from Popular.
