Popular Maruti — fraud staff at popular pulsar rs 200 bajaj service centre ernakulam | |||
This is with regards to the fraudulent activity that i hav gone through when i had yo claim my rs 200 bike in the popular bajaj service centre ernakulam ayyappankaavu. I met with a small accident bt no human injuries bt bike just skid with a small dent on the side the panel and the handle got damaged. I planned to claim for the same and i went to the spare part showroom in ernakulam to claim it since it is been done there. The staff sharon said since it is b2b insurace we can change it. Later he said there is a patchwork on the radiator and that need to be done from outside workshop and charged 800for the same saying that we will get the money reimbursed however i dont think dat small incident can caude an impact to the radiator. Later they changed the alloys, disc, concept, side farring and it cost me 19000 and when the claim was approved just 11000 is wat i got. I payed whole 19000 including that radiator repair that cost me 800 as well which i believe is not done and they charged me. He said he would send another estimate to claim another 5000 and i have not received till date. I only know how i managed to arrange that amount and dat too i got the bike after 2 months after all the repair. Later when i asked the same he behaved so rudely that i need to check with the insurance company. This is not at all acceptable. I dont want this to happen for anyone else.
