My name is sethumadhavan the vechicle reg number is KL-11-BD-6396. I have given for renewal of insurance is given on 11/8/2017 but till now i didn't get the hardcopy of it and your continues message is coming for renewal the insurance. Today when i called they told that the insurance copy will sent to you but till now 21:41 the copy didnt receive. For collecting the amount they came to me on right time.Is like this you are processing?
