Popular Maruti — Irresponsibility of sales executives

Sir i am a regular customer of you;nd i'm satisfied with your servicing also.but recently i felt an unhappy experience from your showroom.I visit the last 15 days before to the popular maruti show room palai for a new car with exchange my old maruti800.but they do not take any any favourable action for me.so i change my mind for a new agency.pls make sure that this is not happened once again.
