I have booked maruthi celurion vxi amt blue on[protected] thrugh popular vehicle nalanchira trivandrum outlet. It is promised me 30000/ offer and deliver the vehicle within 30 days at the most. I am very very sorry to inform you that till today vehicle not depatched and informed that the offer of 30000/ is not available now and onthe other hand i have to remit 17000/ more now the justification is that some small changes in the otlook of the vehicle done, stiil now it is not informed when i am getting the vehicle it is highly unfair to the customer. Oct 10, 2017 Updated by pks devan customer has offered festival offer rs 30000 and after 40 days inform that no offer available and also customer being asked to pay more rs 17000 . why It is not to be considered cheatng and speak of very bad customer service ? i never expect like this from company like Maruthi,
