Myself and my wife have given a sample to the portea third party but after 48 hours when i did not hear from them, i escalated it to the customer care and then that realized that they have destroyed the sample. From here they have started covering their fault and asking me the blood sample only for once. I have given sample for many testes but they were asking only for one test which they want to pretend that rest all sample was good but this is not the truth and eventually they lost all the samples for both applicants’ strongly suggest that do not go with portea lab test. They will give you n numbers of cash back and voucher offers to hid their unprofessional services. So not to believe the team. They are coming and collect the sample without any proper preservation etc. They have many loop holes so that is my suggestion rest all up to you all. Was this information helpful? |
