Portoblend — Non receipt of portoblend after 3 months of payment

I have ordered Portoblend on 8 December 2020 through online. I tried to get it booked through COD but they refused it saying during Pandemic COD option is deactivated. So I had to pay it online.

It's been more than 3 months but I am yet to receive my product. Once I contacted them on their website and enquired about status of my order for which they replied that due to lockdown the order is getting delayed and will receive it soon.

I just want to put up a complaint and request the concerned to look into this matter and either get the product delivered to me as soon as possible or else process my refund.
