I have ordered Portoblend on 8 December 2020 through online. I tried to get it booked through COD but they refused it saying during Pandemic COD option is deactivated. So I had to pay it online.
It's been more than 3 months but I am yet to receive my product. Once I contacted them on their website and enquired about status of my order for which they replied that due to lockdown the order is getting delayed and will receive it soon.
I just want to put up a complaint and request the concerned to look into this matter and either get the product delivered to me as soon as possible or else process my refund. Was this information helpful? |
