Postal Life Insurance — Email and phone are registered by nearest branch but can not generate customer ID after many attempts.

Multiple times, I have gone to nearest Post office branch (Una - Gujarat) to make sure that my mobile number and email Id are updated for my PLI.
Also tried multiple times to generate customer ID at link below:
https://pli.indiapost.gov.in/CustomerPortal/generateCustomerIdFromLogin.action
But not able to generate customer ID. I can provide details of my PLI

Thank you for that. So far no update from PLI. Not sure if they will communicate with me over email or any other medium(because I have not shared by phone number or PLI number).
