Dear Sir,
With due respect, I sri Sudhir kumar Guntha having PLI policy no. OR-407306-CS, under Pottangi SO-764039, but now unfortunately I have lost it and the employees of the post office are not allowing me to deposit my premium without the PLI passbook, so please help me to get back my duplication passbook.

Dear sir

I m holding a policy no asp nm 192885 L and maturity date of my policy is June 2017.
When I was in army I take a loan against my said policy. And I clear the loan after retirement I.e Jun 16.

But the policy bond not yet recd by me

Pl HELP me
