[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount debited from account but pli payment not paid showing still pending

Would like to submit that on 14.04.2021 i paid my policy number[protected] through sbi debit card for rupess 2607/- amount is debited from my SBI account and payment is still showing pending in this regard i raise the complaint on 19.04.2021 with reference no [protected]. after 2 days i received mail the compliant has been settled with the following remark cont to[protected]. when i contact to that number there are not giving proper response and simple saying wait .
so i request to kind officer to do need full help for me
