[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — change of name

I sarban singh army no 15567807l my policy no (Pli) aps 1562485l. I change my name as gurpinder singh and i send my original policy bond with addhar card, pan card, news paper declaration by myself cert through my unit letter
But i don't receive correct bond tell date.
Now i send all documents to you please help for this issue and send my correct bond.
