Dear sir/madam 1. Policy no APS -1021517LC matured on oct 2020 for amount Rs 200000/- 2. Last premium paid on September 2020. 3. All policy documents submitted to Binnaguri post office and forwarded to Head office Mal Road, Jalpaiguri on 16 Oct 2020 via speed post (EW[protected] IN). 4. Loan - Rs 23000 loan was taken against the policy. 5. Its been one month that the matured amount not credited to my account. 6. Request for early actions and release of payment after all settlements.
