[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — I can't make the online payment for my policy | |||
Sir, I am jasilraj t k holding pli[protected] with india post. My problem is i cant generate coustmer id for this policy and make online payment for same. While i try to generate customer id getting the message you will get your id on registered mail but dont. Registered mail is [protected]@gmail.com, mobile no is [protected] and sum assured is 500000 (Ea/45). Please do the needful to access online transaction. Verified Support Jan 29, 2019 Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response your two e-mail ids are registered in system ie. [protected]@pnb.co.in & [protected]@gmail.com. hence you should check other e-mail id.
