Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Iam paid online amount, amount deducted in my account but amount not credited in my postal policy

Sir iam vijay kumar, i have paid rs 18275 towards my pli premium for three months for Feb 21 mar21 and Apr 21 on 09/04/2021 through sbi yono app.my yono app is showing as rs 18275 debited from my account and credited to your postal accounts but my policy number[protected] is showing only paid upto January 21 ..even after 10 days my money not returned ...please return my amount else i will file a suit in consumer forum against your negligence...both screen shots attached for information
