[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — incomplete profile and no policy number in online account | |

Dear sir, my policy no is[protected]. After complaining in consumer complaints my customer id was generated by postal dept. My customer id is 68665750. But after logging into my account i cannot find any details in my profile and also my policy is not showing in my online account, even my last name is missing in the account.
