[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — incomplete profile and no policy number in online account

Dear sir, my policy no is[protected]. After complaining in consumer complaints my customer id was generated by postal dept. My customer id is 68665750. But after logging into my account i cannot find any details in my profile and also my policy is not showing in my online account, even my last name is missing in the account. Kindly look into the issue.
