Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — my amount deducted but pli statement is pending

I have been paid 2 months premium online by debit card and 3 days gone my payment not success, its showing pending.
Kindly solve my problem. If it will not success kindly intimate me i will pay it again or pay by post office counter. If it will not pay kindly refund my amount in my concernd saving account.
