[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — non-receive of pli bond and unable to get proper or complete guide from apo/previous grievance complaints

Sir, i have applied for 2 bonds since 2010 and i haven't received my policy bond till date. After approaching different apo, i could get my policy nos i. E. Aps-1072524n and aps-1072525n but still didn't received my policy bonds. When i enquire the same by email to director aps pli, i got a reply saying that "pib issued on 7/22/2015 for duplicate policy bond". Now, i'm unable to proceed further view lack of proper guidance.
