I'm mr sher singh panwar and my policy no is[protected] im paid 2 installment policy premium on[protected] but its debited from my a/c but im again pay my policy so system requie for 3 installment. I No 14648161N CHM Sanjay kumar patel of 822 Fd wksp coy c/o 56 APO, my policy no APS 406256-L is surrender, ref letter no 668/PLI - surrender/FPO date 23 may 2018 the amount of surrender value is nit received till date. Hence you are requested to please release the surrender value amount at the earliest.
