Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Online payment transaction failure - Amount deduction - Payment status pending - Resolve- Req.-Reg. | |||
Dear sir, I am S. ARAVINDAN, my PLI policy no.TN.427643-CS. On 7th June 2021, I made online payment of Rs.5654/- towards PLI premium payment for two months May and June 2021. Kindly note, monthly premium for my PLI policy is Rs.2827/- including taxes. The payment transaction I made online through net banking of my Indian overseas Bank SB account bearing no. [protected]. Immediately, the above said amount has been debited from my account but still the payment has not been updated in my policy account and the payment status is remains pending. Under these circumstances, I hereby request you to kindly take necessary steps to clarify the issue and resolve at the earliest and update the payment status. Was this information helpful? | |||
