Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Online premium payment failure | |
Customer name: dinesh sarkar policy no:[protected] exact amount: 4243 mode of payment: upi (via phone pe) transaction id t2104051834423006643113 bank utr no:[protected] transaction date: 5th april 2021, 6.34pm this payment has been done, but it is not reflecting in my policy, money has been deducted from my bank account and it is still not refunded nor it is showing that the premium has been paid. I have repeatedly mailed to pli about this at their complaint id, still they haven't not resolved the issue. Plead help. Was this information helpful? | |
