[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — payment made no receipt generated | |||
My wife mrs. Bhavna ajay pathak holding 2 policies from postal life. She is school teacher in state government granted school in mumbai. We paid online premium via union bank net banking in jan18 for two policies in separate transactions. However, same was not adjusted against premium. Hence, we started following with pli. After 8 months now they are telling us. Approach your bank as both premium amount not passed on to pli. Our bank says they already passed to pli. Hence, become sandwich between both of them. Under protest we again paid the premium as didn't want to default and discontinue risk as its more than 10 year old policies. What we want refund from either pli to return our 1st online premium paid in jan18. Was this information helpful? | |||

What shall I do now? We need refund of money paid by net banking.
