My PLI Customer ID is 5598462. I have paid my PLI Policy monthly Premium online for the period from 1st April to 30th April, 2021. The payment has been debited from my SBI Account but may be due to network issues, the payment for the same has not been updated in the records of my PLI Policy Account.
