Dear concern

As per our last conversation on email you told me that amount will be paid shortly but i have not received my amount till date. I am in need of money. And also you told me that i can contact with customer care and i tried it so many time to contact with your customer care but no one has replied me. Please resolve it. My aps no 929951-l and maturity date 11 may 2018. And paid my money in my bank account as soon as possible

Its just humiliation on part of India posts that to pay premium of postal life insurance via online mode is a herculean task. its utter shame for national institute. kindly take action against them for taking customers for a ride.
