Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Premium amount deducted from Google pay but the same was not credited to PLI account

Sir.I paid my PLI AP-617460-CS premium amount Rs.2188/-through google pay UPI a/c 0n 24.05.2021 trnx was successful.

Merchant ref id: OR[protected]
Google trnx id:CICAgODk2pHPDw
but the same amount was not reflecting in my PLI account .Kindly rectify my problem. Thank you
