[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — premium paid but receipt not generated | |||
Sir, I have paid Rs. 2456/- towards premium of my PLI policy online on 29/6/2018 for the period of 1/7/2018 to 31/7/2018. The payment was successful but the payment receipt generated has no receipt number and the total amount shown was without taxes. Furthermore online PLI payment system shows that the payment for same duration is still unpaid.
