[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — premium paid but receipt not generated on 2/6/2019

I have paid Rs. 1646/- towards premium of my PLI policy online on 02/06/2019 for the period of 1/6/2019 to 30/6/2019. The payment was successful but the payment receipt generated has no receipt number . Furthermore online PLI payment system shows that the payment for same duration is still unpaid.
